Years at Regent Fitness: 2+
“How I got my Groove back.”
What I mean is, I feel coming to Regent has shown me I still have it in me! As a mom its hard to find time to really put yourself first again because you are getting pulled in a hundred different directions at once. Five months ago, I made a commitment to myself to coming here 5/week and getting back in shape. I re-arraigned my work schedule to make it work and I have shown myself that I am still the same person I was before children. I am getting my old spiciness back and feeling more like myself. It also has given me more energy, a more positive outlook on things a ton of awesome new friends and fun memories!
